This role focuses on creating financial plans for general OPS subscribers. The associate will be responsible for generating basic to intermediate level financial plans with a high degree of accuracy. They will also learn and apply special instructions outside of standard OPS procedures, and contribute to process improvements. A key part of the role involves interpreting financial plan outputs, identifying and resolving inconsistencies, and escalating complex issues. Additionally, the associate will perform quality checks on the work of peers and junior staff, and utilize basic planning and investment knowledge to add flexibility to standard tasks. The role also includes team responsibilities and client experience, emphasizing open communication, feedback, and contributing to a positive team environment that supports company values and a culture of learning and growth. Professional communication, timely completion of Workday Learnings, and appropriate escalation of non-standard requests are also expected.
