About The Position

This role focuses on creating financial plans for general OPS subscribers. The associate will be responsible for generating basic to intermediate level financial plans with a high degree of accuracy. They will also learn and apply special instructions outside of standard OPS procedures, and contribute to process improvements. A key part of the role involves interpreting financial plan outputs, identifying and resolving inconsistencies, and escalating complex issues. Additionally, the associate will perform quality checks on the work of peers and junior staff, and utilize basic planning and investment knowledge to add flexibility to standard tasks. The role also includes team responsibilities and client experience, emphasizing open communication, feedback, and contributing to a positive team environment that supports company values and a culture of learning and growth. Professional communication, timely completion of Workday Learnings, and appropriate escalation of non-standard requests are also expected.

Responsibilities

  • Create basic to intermediate level financial plans with a high degree of accuracy for general OPS subscribers.
  • Understand and apply special instructions that are outside of OPS standards.
  • Make recommendations for improving standard work and/or work processes.
  • Read and interpret output of financial plans and recognize and resolve basic inconsistencies.
  • Perform final quality checks for peers and more junior staff.
  • Use basic planning and investment knowledge to provide flexibility on standard work.
  • Give and receive regular feedback/information in an open and positive manner.
  • Recognize and question inconsistencies.
  • Contribute to a positive environment by openly communicating new ideas/solutions, perspectives and experiences in team meetings, training sessions, 1x1s and huddles.
  • Demonstrate behaviors that reflect and support the company and department values, vision, and culture of learning/growth.
  • Ensure communication is professional, complete, accurate, and effective.
  • Appropriately escalate non-standard requests to Lead/Mentor as appropriate.
  • Complete Workday Learnings in a timely manner, meeting deadlines.
