Our continued growth and increasing business complexity have created an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our Internal Accounting team in a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) role. Based in our Southfield office, this position will play a key role in supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting to drive informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and financial modeling skills, a solid understanding of financial statements, and the ability to partner effectively with business leaders. Your role. Your work will include, but not be limited to: Support the annual budget and forecast processes, including data collection, modeling, and consolidation Develop and maintain financial models to project revenue, expenses, and key business drivers Partner with Firm leaders to understand assumptions, risks, and opportunities impacting forecasts Perform detailed variance analysis comparing actual results to forecast, budget, and prior periods, clearly explaining drivers and implications Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting packages Develop ad hoc analyses, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analyses to support strategic and operational decisions Translate complex financial data into clear insights and recommendations for non‑finance stakeholders Monitor performance against budget and forecast, identifying trends and emerging risks Identify opportunities to streamline FP&A processes, improve reporting efficiency, and enhance analytical capabilities Leverage financial systems and tools (e.g., ERP, planning software, Excel) to improve insight and scalability Experience with Workday, Office Connect and Adaptive Planning a plus Support leadership requests with timely, accurate financial insights and analysis The qualifications. 7+ years of progressive finance experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; MBA or relevant professional certification (CPA, CFA, CMA) preferred Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem‑solving skills Ability to synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations Strong business acumen and understanding of operational drivers Effective communication and stakeholder management skills Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems; experience with planning tools a plus This is an exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week. The compensation range reflects the base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this position across our offices in the following regions: CO, IL, OH, and MA. Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive finance experience
