About The Position

The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) leads a trusted partnership with operational leaders, translating complex financial and operational data into actionable insights that drive informed decisions. This is an embedded, forward-leaning leadership role that puts a trusted finance voice at the table with the caregivers who run our hospitals, clinics, and service lines. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the FP&A Manager leads and continuously develops a team of analysts responsible for financial and operational analytics, labor productivity reporting, service line performance analysis, and the support of strategic initiatives and emerging business needs. Through collaboration with clinical, operational, and corporate leaders, the team delivers timely, accurate, and meaningful information that supports organizational performance and long-term growth. This role sets the standard for analytical rigor, responsiveness, and business partnership across Mosaic while building a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and service. The ideal candidate combines strong healthcare finance expertise, strategic thinking, analytical judgment, and communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making, develop others, and drive results through collaboration.
