About The Position
We are seeking an FP&A Analyst to join the Finance team. This role supports financial planning, reporting, and business analysis activities across the organization. The ideal candidate will drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing financial performance, identifying trends, and partnering with operational leaders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- High proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
- Experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Strong skills in finance and report preparation.
- Experience in cost accounting and financial modeling.
- ERP experience, particularly with D365, is a plus.
Nice To Haves
- 2-5 years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing space.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze financial and cost data, develop cost estimates, and monitor changes using advanced Excel models.
- Determine standard costs and investigate variances, providing clear insights and recommendations.
- Prepare and analyze financial information, including month-end journal entries and account reconciliations related to cost and inventory.
- Ensure all product-related costs are accurately captured, validated, and reported.
- Develop and maintain management reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial reporting packages.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and financial procedures.
- Act as a business partner to cross-functional teams, providing financial guidance and support.
- Assist with special projects, including ERP implementations (e.g., D365) and process improvements.
- Perform additional duties and ad hoc analysis as needed.
