About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities. This role will work closely with senior finance leaders and cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive business decisions and improve financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3+ years of FP&A experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling)
• Solid understanding of financial statements and key performance metrics
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with NetSuite is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans
• Support monthly close processes, including variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast)
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Partner with business units to gather inputs and provide financial insights
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
• Support ad hoc analysis related to revenue, expenses, and profitability
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems and reports
• Assist in improving and automating financial processes and reporting tools
