About The Position

As a key member of the Finance team, the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to enhance profitability and operational efficiency across the organization. This role is instrumental in driving cost management, pricing strategies, and margin optimization across multiple revenue channels. You’ll work closely with leaders across the business, helping them understand the “story behind the numbers” and empowering better, more efficient decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in manufacturing, food & beverage, or consumer goods
  • A deep understanding of cost accounting, standard costing, and supply chain finance
  • Advanced proficiency with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Dynamics AX)
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex information
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

  • CPA designation or Master’s degree is considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Lead the organization’s forecasting framework, including models, assumptions, and processes
  • Develop short- and long-term financial models and scenario analyses
  • Establish forecasting cadence and lead the annual budgeting process
  • Deliver clear, forward-looking insights to support business growth
  • Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team
  • Provide insights on cost management, inventory, and profitability
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to track KPIs
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting with variance analysis
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making
  • Enhance FP&A processes using ERP and BI tools
  • Standardize reporting and improve data accuracy and efficiency
  • Partner cross-functionally to implement system and process improvements
  • Maintain strong financial controls and support audit requirements
