The FP&A Manager is responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and strategic analysis for a portfolio of self-storage assets across the United States and Canada. This role partners closely with Operations, Revenue Management, Marketing, Acquisitions, and Executive Leadership to drive Net Operating Income growth by supporting strategic financial decision-making throughout the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities with an understanding of real estate and operating metrics specific to the self-storage industry.
