  • Experience in middle-market, private equity-backed manufacturing or industrial companies preferred; food or consumer packaged goods experience a plus.
  • Strong command of manufacturing cost accounting, standard costing, SKU and customer profitability analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics to finance or operational problems, with a practical understanding of how to move from pilot to everyday adoption.
  • Highly motivated individual who can follow through and work with minimal supervision or direction.
  • Proven ability to drive transformation, improve processes, mentor teams, and upgrade talent as needed.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills with extensive experience effectively collaborating, influencing, and leading teams and individuals across functions.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with BI and planning tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) expected, and familiarity with SQL, Python, or AI-enabled finance platforms a plus.
  • Skilled in developing business-driven financial analysis and recommendations, and in communicating them clearly to non-finance audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with a collaborative approach to partnering with business leaders.
