Requirements

CFP® designation
1+ years of member facing financial planning experience
Effective follow up and typing/written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build connections with members
Exceptional time management and communication skills –these are the biggest keys to success as a Facet reserve planner
Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn in-house software and tools

A Relationship Builder: You can quickly build trust and rapport, guiding members to take action on unbiased recommendations.
Adaptable & Organized: You are process-oriented and not afraid of the hard work that comes with disrupting a legacy industry.

Responsibilities

Review incoming member messages while Senior Planners are out of office to determine the urgency of requests and the best course of action.
Manage a small group of members as the primary planner, guiding them through the entire planning process.
Efficiently synthesize member needs and partner with Trading and Investment Operations to coordinate solutions and tax strategies.
Become an expert on our proprietary, AI-enabled tech stack to build comprehensive plans.
Guide Foundations members through plan implementation using messaging and in-house tools to inspire action.
Ruthlessly manage your calendar and time to ensure an efficient, high-quality experience.
