About The Position

The role also includes reviewing and updating financial plans, cultivating client networks through referrals and community involvement, and working within an immersive in-person culture at their Woodland Hills, CA office, with at least three days per week in the office expected. Remote representatives serving Greater Palm Desert, CA are also part of the network, with flexible work from home options available.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Capability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Must obtain state insurance licenses (training provided and sponsorship considered).

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or business development is beneficial, but not mandatory.
  • Individuals from business development-oriented organizations with uncapped earnings potential, including those from Medical Device, Education (teachers, administrators), Logistics, Solar, Payroll Services, Tech Business Development, Real Estate, Auto Rental and others.
