Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related discipline (preferred).
Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or business development (beneficial, not mandatory).
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Strong analytical skills.
Capability to build lasting client relationships.
