Duke University Human Resources – Benefits Administration is looking for a Financial Performance & Quality Assurance (FPQA) Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will transform complex healthcare and financial data into meaningful insights that inform the design, strategy, and performance of Duke’s employee benefits programs. You’ll play a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, analyzing trends, validating financial performance, and supporting compliance activities. Every day you will work with sensitive HIPAA‑level data, uncover patterns between demographics, utilization, and costs, and communicate your findings through compelling visual and written reports. You’ll collaborate with teams across HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to help strengthen Duke’s benefits ecosystem.
