About The Position

This role, recognized as a safety-sensitive position, plays a pivotal role in ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and the continuous improvement of quality systems. The Quality Assurance Analyst collaborates closely with Analytical and Microbiology Technicians, Production, Warehouse, Compounding, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to achieve these objectives. The primary responsibilities of this position encompass: · Quality Assurance: Assuring the compliance of incoming raw materials and finished products with established specifications, procedures, and regulatory requirements. · Product Compliance: Overseeing that all products under production adhere to the predefined specifications, procedures, and regulatory standards. · Project Support: Providing essential support for trials and other projects when needed. #LI-DC1

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree Preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing preferred
  • Quality Control: Proficiency in quality control processes, including inspection, testing, and auditing to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of industry-specific regulations and standards (e.g., FDA, ISO) related to product quality and safety.
  • Documentation: Strong skills in maintaining accurate and comprehensive records, including document routing and filing.
  • Testing and Inspection: Competence in conducting various types of testing and inspections on products, materials, and processes.
  • Statistical Analysis: Ability to apply statistical techniques for data analysis and process improvement.
  • Data Management: Proficiency in data entry, analysis, and reporting using computer software and data management systems.
  • Technical Writing: Capability to create, update, and revise standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality manuals.
  • Computer Proficiency: Competency in using software applications such as Microsoft Office, database systems, and quality management software.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to spot deviations, defects, and discrepancies in products and processes.
  • Problem-Solving: The ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills for conveying quality-related information and collaborating with colleagues and other departments.
