Business Operations manages various shared support services and enterprise-wide functions to include records information management, business continuity planning, workplace safety and security, travel, food service, staff health clinic, fitness center, parking garage, facilities and real estate management, media operations and print and mail services. The Financial Operations Manager provides financial budgeting, forecasting, and reporting support for a business unit or department and analyzes budgets with insight into business changes. Prepares, consolidates, and reports on revenue and/or expenditures. Manages overall financial operations and financial planning & analysis, serves as a liaison in the procurement process, and may manage the execution of contracts and ensure compliance with contract requirements. Collaborates with management to identify opportunities to streamline finance operation processes and develops newprocedures that support the business unit/department.
