Under the supervision of the Probate and Family Court Administrative Supervisor and Judicial Assistant, directs the preparation of budgeting, grant management, collections and enforcement, and cash management activities of the Court. Ensures clients receiving court services are billed appropriately and receipts payments. Follows up on delinquent accounts and takes action to enforce reimbursement orders, including setting up payment plans with clients. Processes accounts payable, including restitution payments and tracking. Prepares and balances the daily transmittals of all accounts receivable. Prepares the County budget for the Juvenile and Probate Courts and state budget for the Child Care Fund. Prepares required financial reports. Maintains files and prepares documentation for audit purposes. Monitors and reports on budget expenditure levels.
