Raytheon is seeking an experienced financial and supply chain professional for The Standard Missile 3 (SM-3) team to join the SM-3 IB program as a Financial Material Program Manager located onsite in Tucson, Arizona. This role will focus on managing Material Sales Forecasting, Prime Performance Based Payment (PBP) forecasting, and Material Estimate at Completes (EACs). We are looking for a self-starter who can develop and achieve program objectives in a matrixed environment and is able to successfully interface with functional and program leadership to drive financial and material performance. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between Supply Chain, Finance, and the Program Team, ensuring alignment with program objectives and financial goals. The successful candidate will influence and communicate effectively across multiple areas outside of one’s own job function as well as with parties external to the organization.

Requirements

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience
  • Experience with financial reporting and forecasting.
  • Supply Chain, Finance, and/or Procurement processes and requirements experience.
  • Experience with Program Management, Material Program Management, Procurement, Contracts, Finance, Operations, and/or Strategic Sourcing.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Active and existing security clearance required after day 1

Nice To Haves

  • Procurement/supplier management experience.
  • Familiarity with Material Sales Forecasting, EACs, and Prime PBP forecasting.
  • Experience working in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment.
  • Experience with CAM responsibility, including cost and schedule management, variance analysis, and earned value management for assigned control accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Material Sales Forecasting, Prime PBP Forecasting, and Material EACs ensuring accurate tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Perform CAM duties, including cost and schedule management, variance analysis, and earned value management for assigned control accounts.
  • Collaborate with program and customer leadership teams to brief on material status, financial performance, constraints, and risk mitigation or opportunity capture plans.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of timely and compliant quarterly EACs, including risk and opportunity management.
  • Facilitate supplier engagements and reviews to ensure both financial and performance objectives are achieved.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of supply chain activities with financial and programmatic goals.
