About The Position

Employment Group is seeking a skilled Financial Manager to partner with Client Advisors and advisory teams to deliver comprehensive financial management services for assigned clients. This role focuses on executing disciplined financial strategies, coordinating seamless client experiences, and providing forward-looking insights to support client goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, financial planning, business, or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning, accounting, or finance.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and financial planning software.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to travel as necessary to support client relationships.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced professional certifications preferred or in progress (CFP, CPA, CPWA). Series 65 may be required temporarily.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day financial management activities, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Collaborate closely with Client Advisors and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated financial and advisory services.
• Analyze clients’ financial positions to identify risks and opportunities; assist in developing planning recommendations.
• Oversee financial transactions, cash flow management, and support implementation of investment and planning strategies.
• Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams to maintain consistent messaging.
• Drive accountability across stakeholders to ensure projects and client initiatives are completed on schedule.
