About The Position

The role will be heavily focused on program support. Program finance tasks to include generating estimates at complete, monitoring contract performance to budget and schedule, tracking performance, and reporting variances and recovery plans as required by the program office. This candidate will also be responsible for generating quarterly CSRs and presenting the financial positions through the MFC leadership team. At times this candidate may be responsible for functional finance or proposal support. Fast paced environment supporting multiple programs with competing deadlines. Work proactively with multifunctional teams to reduce product cost and improve contract performance.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and application of Earned Value Management Techniques
- Strong analytical and computer skills (Excel - pivot tables , PowerPoint, Word & Access)
- Ability to work multiple tasks concurrently
- Self starter/motivated individual
- BS or BA degree in business, or business related field
- Prior analytical and or financial experience
- MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with LM/MFC systems, practices and procedures and program personnel
- Advanced computer skills with (Excel - pivot tables , PowerPoint, Word, Access, Tableau)
- MFC proposal and/or functional finance experience
- Strong working knowledge of FAR
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, COBRA
- Existing security clearance a plus / ability to obtain clearance
Responsibilities
- Analyze program financials
- Support contract close‑out
- Provide surge‑support for proposals in a fast‑paced, multi‑program environment
- Monitor program performance
- Develop estimates at complete (EAC)
- Track budget‑schedule variances
- Prepare and present quarterly CSR reports to MFC leadership
- Execute contract close‑out activities and ensure compliance with contractual terms
- Provide proposal surge support for new business opportunities
- Collaborate with multifunctional teams to reduce product cost and improve contract performance
