About The Position

You will be the Financial Management Analyst for the Advanced Development Programs (ADP) Program Finance team at Financial Management – Level 2. In this role you will support a multitude of program finance functions, providing essential financial oversight and analysis to ensure the success of ADP initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or 4 years experience in the absence of a Bachelors degree
Experience in any of the following: Financial analysis, pricing and estimating, expense tracking, program scheduling, Supply chain management and interpreting policy, and/or purchasing/procurement.
Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance.
This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Systems, Applications, Products Software (SAP).
Familiarity with Hyperion/Accounting Data Analysis and Reporting (ADAR).
Experience in developing program budgets and Estimates at Completion.
Familiarity with cost/reporting systems similar to CostView, Deltek Cobra and Cost Point.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Active DoD Secret clearance.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Establish and manage program Performance Measurement Baselines (PMB).
Analyze and reconcile actual costs against budgets and estimates.
Develop Estimates at Complete (EAC) for program budgeting and forecasting.
Conduct Earned Value analysis and prepare associated reporting.
Perform cost allocation in accordance with established accounting policies.
Control program costs through monitoring, variance analysis, and corrective actions.
Prepare financial performance reports and deliver contractual financial deliverables to stakeholders.
