About The Position

You will be the Financial Management Associate, joining the IRST Development & Production Team, responsible for supporting program finance functions and driving financial excellence in a fast-paced environment. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional financial management and analysis to drive business growth and success. As the Financial Management Associate Analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and guidance to program managers, IPT Leads, and senior leadership to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in business administration, finance, or related discipline
Must work well in cross-functional groups and gather stakeholders data from across the organization in a timely manner
Ability to work in cost/budget management
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Tool kit
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Responsibilities

Providing actionable budgets and forecasts integrated with core business processes, data analysis, internal reporting, working with program management and IPT leads, creating analytical tools, and other ad hoc requests.
Communicating financial performance to management through effective presentation and reporting
Managing and tracking Earned Value Management (EVM) implementation and tailored program performance
Performing other related duties and assignments as required, including special projects and analysis
