Requirements

• 3+ years of recent inside sales experience (outbound call center experience preferred).
• Proven track record of success in commission-heavy roles.
• Ability to navigate Salesforce (or similar CRMs) while maintaining a high-energy conversation.
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
• Ability to come into the Tempe, Arizona office for training.

Responsibilities

• Use sales skills to influence prospects through the loan application process and close sales within 1-2 calls.
• Manage up to 20 active transactions at various stages, ensuring no lead is missed.
• Identify customer pain points and articulate how the company's loan products provide solutions.
• Consistently exceed daily and weekly targets to maximize commission earnings.
