The Senior Manager, Financial Due Diligence is responsible for leading financial due diligence engagements for prospective sellers and buyers participating in divestures, recapitalizations, mergers, and acquisitions. This role combines practice development, client relationship management, financial analysis, and technical accounting knowledge to support the broader Transaction Advisory group, accurately capture enterprise value, enhance the client experience, and help Nichols Cauley achieve its growth goals. The Manager, Financial Due Diligence serves as a trusted advisor throughout the entire transaction lifecycle, from inception through closing and beyond, by leading engagement teams, coordinating across disciplines, and communicating early, often, and honestly with clients regarding their transactions. This is both a hands-on role and a leadership position.
