Transaction Advisory (aka Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory) encompasses all aspects of an M&A transaction from financial, tax and operational due diligence, to planning for and executing integrations and separations. Our Transaction Advisory services provide a holistic business approach to financial, human capital, supply chain, and IT due diligence disciplines, as well as comprehensive transaction management services that unite our diligence findings into actionable deal close planning. The Transaction Advisory intern is primarily responsible for working on financial due diligence engagements from start to finish, performing a variety of tasks in planning, execution, and completion phases of projects. The Transaction Advisory intern is also expected to learn to apply fundamental financial due diligence skills on assignments for both sell-side and buy-side clients from a variety of industries. The intern will work closely with staff, managers, and partners across service lines to provide services needed by examining and uncovering the detailed answers to complex questions about acquisitions and divestitures. Interested candidates should display an affinity for learning and problem-solving skills as well as have the adaptability to work cross-functionally within the Transaction Advisory practice.
