About The Position

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Financial Data Analyst III to support Supply Chain Finance and Distribution operations. In this role, you will provide financial guidance, deliver actionable insights, and partner closely with leadership to improve operational efficiency and performance. You will play a key role in analyzing complex financial data, identifying trends and variances, and supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day reporting.

Requirements

Minimum 4+ years of experience in: Financial analysis, Data analysis, Financial modeling, Accounting, finance, or related fields
Strong ability to analyze and interpret large datasets
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with: SQL, Snowflake, or similar data platforms
Experience with: Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools
Experience with: Oracle or similar ERP systems
Proven problem-solving skills using structured analytical methods
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

Experience in Retail or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industries
Experience with Essbase or similar financial planning tools
Familiarity with syndicated data sources (e.g., Nielsen, IRI)
Strong presentation and storytelling capabilities
Ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

Analyze large financial datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Develop financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to support decision-making
Partner with Supply Chain leadership to improve operational and financial performance
Perform variance analysis and deliver insights to stakeholders at all levels
Support forecasting, budgeting, and ad hoc financial analysis
Create data-driven recommendations for productivity and efficiency improvements
Present findings clearly through reporting, storytelling, and visualization tools
