Financial/Data Analyst
About The Position
This role involves administering, maintaining, and supporting IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) and IBM Cognos Analytics applications. The position will assist with the development and enhancement of financial planning and reporting solutions, manage financial data loading processes, and ensure data quality and integrity. The analyst will prepare and transform financial data, develop SQL queries, and create Python scripts for automation. Support for Windows Server administration related to finance applications is also required, along with investigating and resolving system and data issues. The role also includes contributing to process improvements and documentation.
Requirements
- Experience working with financial data, reporting, or financial systems.
- Good knowledge of Python for automation and data processing.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and validating data.
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience working with large datasets and ensuring data quality.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
