The Financial Crimes Governance team is responsible for ensuring a robust and consistent approach to Financial Crimes risk management across the Enterprise and for ensuring the Financial Crimes Team is correctly governed. Governance includes oversight of FC Business Management, Operational Risk, Reporting, Issues and Exam management, Policies and Procedures, Risk and Controls, Training and Communications, Regulatory Compliance Management, Stakeholder Engagements, and fostering a culture of integrity and accountability. The Financial Crimes Business Management Specialist supports the team in the efficient and effective running of the FC function through onboarding & offboarding, technical, premises, and other general administrative support.
