Requirements

  • 10+ years of consulting/project management experience
  • 5+ years in financial crimes (AML, sanctions, fraud, anti-corruption)
  • 5+ years managing teams
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint & Word; strong Excel proficiency
  • Ability to simplify complex problems into actionable steps
  • Subject Matter Expertise in BSA/AML regulations

Nice To Haves

  • MBA and/or CAMS certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and enhance client AML/FCC programs for regulatory compliance
  • Design and improve AML processes, controls, and frameworks
  • Provide hands-on support for AML execution and remediation activities
  • Deliver targeted project support to meet specific business objectives
  • Gather and define business and system requirements
  • Plan timelines, deliverables, and project milestones
  • Organize and streamline workflows for efficient execution
  • Manage project teams (2–20 members) and oversee deliverables
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and provide strategic guidance
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
  • Advise on AML regulations, compliance standards, and best practices
