Westpark Springs is a 35 bed behavioral health hospital that has been offering exceptional care to the community for over 5 years. Requirements

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of insurance types (HMO, PPO, Medicare, Medicaid, commercial) preferred
  • Passion for helping others and making a difference
  • High school diploma
  • Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient contact.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in healthcare collections or a related field, or any combination of education, training, or experience in health care business office setting preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

  • Guide patients and families through financial responsibilities with empathy and transparency
  • Verify insurance coverage and clearly explain benefits and out-of-pocket costs
  • Help patients understand their options, including payment plans and funding resources
  • Collaborate with patients to create fair, manageable financial solutions
  • Ensure accurate and timely insurance verification and documentation
