About The Position

Del Mar Global is seeking a Financial Controller to drive the execution and performance of its financial engine. This role is responsible for delivering clean reporting, strong controls, and the cash visibility necessary for leadership to make confident decisions. Additionally, the role involves producing monthly financial packages, providing spend visibility and trend insights, partnering with the CFO on forecasting and budget analysis, and translating financial results into clear narratives for executives. The position also oversees cash visibility, A/P and A/R workflows, and aims to improve working capital rhythms. A key aspect of the role is building scalable workflows across various systems and coordinating tax filings and compliance with external partners. The Financial Controller will also optimize the accounting tech stack and SOPs, create clarity on financial processes across departments, and lead Del Mar Vacations' 2-person accounting team while partnering with outsourced finance resources.
