The Investment Solutions Controls team ensures accounting transactions from Individual Wealth administration systems to the General Ledger are timely, accurate, and complete. The team also supports cash control monitoring, accounting, and reporting for the Investment Solutions business.

Requirements

Studying in accounting, finance, or related discipline.
Experience using SAP or other general ledger systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to accuracy and detail.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Accounting experience in reconciliation, audit, reporting, or related activities is an asset.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office is an asset.

Responsibilities

Support accounting controls, reconciliations, reporting, and process improvement activities.
Reconcile suspense, tax, balance sheet, and related bank accounts for Individual Wealth products.
Prepare manual journal entries.
Complete Frontier reconciliations.
Monitor daily accounting reports.
Investigate discrepancies and resolve accounting errors.
Manage money movement across systems and bank accounts.
Advise business partners on standard accounting practices to help prevent control issues.
Track and analyze errors.
Identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Implement process improvements.
Create and maintain accounting procedure documentation.
