About The Position

RSM’s Finance as a Service (FaaS) practice is seeking a Supervisor to join its Family Office Accounting Team. The practice provides accounting, technology, and consulting services to family offices, family enterprises, and complex ownership structures, including investment entities, trusts, foundations, and operating businesses. The team serves as an extension of clients’ accounting and finance functions and uses a cloud-based technology stack in a collaborative environment. This hands-on role supports private clients, investment entities, and complex ownership structures. The Supervisor serves as a key client contact, manages and coaches global team members, and oversees accounting, reporting, and period-end close work across multiple legal entities. The role also supports client onboarding, engagement planning, process improvement, technology adoption, and business development. Most RSM roles follow a hybrid workstyle, with team members aligned to an RSM office and meeting in person when useful for clients, teams, development, or relationship-building; some roles may be virtual or primarily on-site based on role requirements and needs.
