About The Position

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking driven, results-oriented career changers in Phoenix Metro East to join our Phoenix Metro East team of financial advisors. In this position, you will engage with families, business owners, and professionals to understand their financial objectives and provide tailored advice and strategies across the 7 planning areas — protection, savings, tax strategy, retirement income, debt management, estate planning, and education funding. No prior financial-services experience is required: we provide pre-licensing guidance, a 4-week joint-field training program, and a defined career path from Associate through Managing Director. As a Financial Advisor at WealthBridge, you will play a pivotal role in empowering Phoenix Metro East clients to make informed financial decisions — implementing life insurance, annuities, disability coverage, advisory accounts, and retirement plans while building a book of business you own from day one. You will utilize advanced planning tools and analytics to assess client needs, supported by our specialist network — Advanced Markets, Premium Finance, ESI Illuminations (FMAX/Fidelity), and Planning & Design. The New Associate Program pairs consistent daily activity with weekly accountability and quality metrics (persistency, suitability); specific production expectations are reviewed during Discovery and formalized at contracting. Join WealthBridge Financial Group and be part of a passionate team building across Phoenix Metro East. If you are driven by results and ready to control your income and build something you own, we would love to hear from you.
