Requirements

  • Previous success in building relationships, uncovering needs, and recommending solutions.
  • FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed and hold appropriate state registrations, OR ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire.
  • Keen ability to present complex solutions to a knowledgeable client base while building rapport and credibility.
  • Extensive knowledge of investment solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Degree and/or other professional certifications are helpful.
  • Tuition Reimbursement program can help you obtain a CFP or degree if you do not already have one.

Responsibilities

  • Engage face-to-face with customers in the Investor Center, offering guidance and personalized planning.
  • Nurture relationships with an existing client base.
  • Thoughtfully introduce clients to different investment strategies.
  • Bring together additional client assets while engaging in positive, client-centered discussions.
  • Support clients by providing comprehensive investment solutions and retirement plans to meet their needs.
  • Effectively engage clients through personal interactions, reflecting interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
  • Mentor and support customers as they look to reach their retirement goals.
