About The Position

As a Financial Consultant Partner (FCP), you’ll partner with Senior Financial Consultant(s) to support and grow affluent practice. In this client-facing role, you’ll strengthen relationships, deliver personalized service, and build advisory skills through hands-on experience and mentorship. You’ll play a key role connecting clients and advisors, uncovering opportunities, and delivering consistent, high-quality client experience. This role is ideal for a licensed professional who is client-focused, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow their impact and expertise.

Requirements

  • A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license required
  • Currently hold or obtain the FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance as it will be required during your tenure on the job
  • Relevant experience in financial services or a similar client-facing, sales, or advisory environment preferred
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in client interactions, documentation, and operational processes
  • Identify and address discrepancies early to help maintain a strong, consistent client experience
  • Building Collaborative Relationships: Partner effectively with Financial Consultants, branch teams, and internal partners to support client needs
  • Contribute to a team-first culture by sharing insights, supporting peers, and driving collective success
  • Active Listening: Use active listening and thoughtful questioning to understand client goals and align next steps to their needs
  • Communicate with clarity and care – confirm understanding, capture key details, and follow through on commitments
  • Coachability: Actively seek feedback, reflect on input, and apply coaching to strengthen your skills and impact
  • Demonstrate openness to learning from managers, peers, and mentors – using guidance to accelerate development and improve performance

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with Senior Financial Consultant(s) and serve as a trusted partner in supporting their practice, client engagement, service, and ongoing business development
  • Support delivery of client solutions aligned to financial goals
  • Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and drive growth
  • Prepare for and support client meetings, including documentation and follow-up
  • Collaborate across the branch and firm to deliver seamless client experience
  • Maintain accurate client information and support daily operations
