The Financial Coach will proactively and successfully meet individual sales and production goals, contributing to overall branch and credit union objectives. This role involves maximizing opportunities to gain and grow member wallet share, recommending and referring cross-sell opportunities, and assisting members with account and loan needs. The Financial Coach is responsible for ensuring all required paperwork and system information is accurate and timely, participating in outbound calling efforts, and recommending alternative financial solutions for members who may not initially qualify for loans or services. Compliance with credit union policies and government regulations, including secure maintenance of member information and records, is crucial. The role also involves performing initial quality control assessments on documentation, assisting the Member Care Center during high call volume periods, and consistently demonstrating a positive attitude, respect, and strong team player qualities. Fostering a cohesive, productive working environment and exceptional culture within the branch and organization is essential. Other tasks may be assigned.
