Responsibilities

  • Lead the growth of the financial center, focusing on existing customer relationships, external business development and sales, community engagement, and operational excellence.
  • Make lending decisions and extend credit to individuals and businesses.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities through listening and understanding the long-term goals of customers.
  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to team members, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, as well as Guidelines and Procedures.
  • Lead the team by giving real-time guidance and feedback.
  • Conduct annual performance evaluations and salary reviews.
  • Provide reward and recognition for the team.
  • Coach the team to meet or exceed collective goals.
  • Drive business development by meeting both team and individual sales goals.
