About The Position

Responsible for managing and growing the Business Banking portfolio under 3MM in sales revenue. Management of a tier 2/3 branch, overseeing an office with high levels of market growth opportunities, complex transactions and/or in a de novo market. The role involves managing the branch's operations, administration, staffing, audits, compliance, and security, as well as leading and coaching a high-performing team to drive acquisition growth, mitigate risk, and foster positive client experiences. The Financial Center Manager is also responsible for acquiring and retaining talent through effective onboarding, coaching, and development.

Requirements

  • Minimum two (2) years’ banking experience or experience in a comparable field.
  • Two (2) years’ supervisory experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact well with Team members and customers.
  • Strong Supervisory and coaching skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and remain organized.
  • Ability to achieve sales goals through relationship-based selling techniques.
  • Must meet NMLS requirements.
  • Ability to use sound judgment when making decisions on behalf of the Bank.
  • Compliance with all applicable regulations and Bank policies regarding employment and employment law.
  • Participation in annual compliance and other job-related training.
  • Compliance with applicable bank regulations, Bank policies and procedures.
  • Compliance with Bank’s internal privacy and ethics standards.

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred, a comparable combination of education and experience may be considered.

  • Managing assigned branch operations, administration, staffing, audits, compliance, and security.
  • Managing team participation in assigned branch sales and service campaigns.
  • Complying with all applicable regulations and Bank policies regarding employment and employment law.
  • Participating in annual compliance and other job-related training.
  • Complying with applicable bank regulations, Bank policies and procedures.
  • Complying with Bank’s internal privacy and ethics standards.
