About The Position

The Financial Center Manager for the Oak Hill Financial Center is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the promotion of bank services to customers and prospects. This includes developing, reviewing, and monitoring objectives for business development and expansion. The manager will oversee the financial center's office operations, encompassing teller and customer service functions, as well as consumer lending. Key aspects of the role involve ensuring community involvement, providing training and guidance to subordinate personnel, scheduling staff, and actively cross-selling and referring clients to other Bank professionals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of banking experience
  • Possess an understanding of and ability to sell all types of bank products
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
  • Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
  • Motivating, developing and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Excellent time management skills and be attentive to detail
  • Willingness to participate in local civic organizations
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and be willing to travel
  • Strong computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently as well as complete projects using a team approach

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of banking or related management and customer service experience
  • Manage or have experience managing an office with minimum of $50 million in combined loan and deposit balances
