The Financial Center Manager II (FCM) is responsible for achieving specified banking center and staff performance goals, including profitability, deposit and loan growth, and fee income. The FCM will build, develop, and lead a team focused on providing an exceptional client experience by offering financial solutions tailored to client needs. This role drives new client acquisition, retention, and relationship growth, as well as increasing non-interest revenue. The FCM also builds strong internal partnerships with FFB specialists to meet client needs and contribute to market growth. They foster a team-oriented environment, supporting associate satisfaction through coaching and career development. Additionally, the FCM builds and maintains community alliances and may mentor new associates within their market. A key responsibility is adherence to all compliance and regulatory procedures, including BSA, Check 21, CIP, CRA, HMDA, Reg B, Reg D, Reg E, Reg CC, Truth in Savings, Privacy Compliance, and the Patriot Act.
