About The Position

This position works closely with business leaders to provide financial insight, guidance, and decision support that drives performance and strategic outcomes. This role translates financial data into actionable insights, supports budgeting and forecasting, evaluates risks and opportunities, and partners with stakeholders to influence business decisions and improve results.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field of study required.
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or similar roles.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with proficiency in financial modeling.
Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in Excel, financial systems, and reporting tools.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence without direct authority.
Proven performance in earlier role/comparable role.
Strong knowledge of internal controls and financial risk management.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree
Experience with BI tools preferred.
