Requirements

• Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Financial Analysis, FP&A, or a similar role
• Experience in Gaming / Betting / iGaming is a plus
• Strong knowledge of management accounting, budgeting, and cost control
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI/analytics tools
• Familiarity with 1C and Asana
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large volumes of financial data
• High attention to detail and strong ownership of results
• Ability to work independently and manage several tasks in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ukrainian — fluent
• English — Intermediate+

Responsibilities

• Participate in the budgeting process, including accrual and cash budgeting
• Perform regular reconciliations with counterparties and investigate discrepancies
• Monitor and analyze the budget on a weekly basis, identifying deviations and potential risks
• Independently manage the full reporting closing cycle for the marketing function
• Participate in the contract approval process from the Finance function perspective
• Analyze financial and management accounting data and provide insights to support business decisions
• Monitor costs, budget execution, and financial performance
• Work closely with Marketing and other business teams on financial planning and analysis
• Identify deviations from budget and support the development of corrective actions
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data and reporting
