Requirements

3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or business operations
Strong understanding of financial reporting and basic accounting principles
Proficiency in Excel and business systems
Experience with accounting software and/or CRM systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
Strong attention to detail
Consistency and follow-through
The ability to work independently
Comfort being accountable for numbers and accuracy
