Requirements

Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, charts, graphs, and data analysis
Strong financial reporting, business analysis, and variance analysis experience
Ability to work with large data sets and translate information into actionable insights
Experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of deliverables

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting month-end reporting cycles
Manufacturing industry experience
SAP experience
Experience working in a global or multinational organization
Japanese language skills are a plus but not necessary

Responsibilities

Prepare recurring financial and operational reports for executive leadership and headquarters
Develop professional PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, and management reporting packages
Investigate trends, variances, and performance drivers, providing clear insights and recommendations
Partner with Sales and operational teams to understand business activity and its financial impact
Support month-end reporting and analysis activities
Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and executive inquiries
Consolidate data from multiple sources into meaningful reports that support business decisions
Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and concise manner
