About The Position

The Financial Assistant I, under general supervision, performs advanced clerical, accounting, and customer service. This role is part of the TEES Fiscal Office, which supports budgets, banking & receivables, disbursements, procurement, property management, travel, and other core business services. The office promotes high standards of efficiency, integrity, and customer satisfaction to ensure financial compliance and accountability for the agency’s funding.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • One year of related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assign commodity codes in AggieBuy (payable/purchasing system).
  • Audit employee reimbursement documents in AggieBuy.
  • Create PO and non-PO invoices in AggieBuy from TEES AP Invoice email box.
  • Audit Oversight (credit card risk system) documents.
  • Other duties as assigned.
