About The Position

The Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A, will play a key role in supporting enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis. This position partners closely with Corporate FP&A leadership, business unit finance teams, and senior management to deliver actionable financial insights, improve reporting capabilities, and support critical planning processes. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about leveraging data to drive business performance and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics or Accounting degree required
• 0 to 2 years related industry operational finance experience
• Technologically capable; excel power user, power point
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence change across segments
• Energetic, forward-thinking, and creative individual with ethical standards

Responsibilities

• Support the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning processes.
• Partner with business unit finance teams to consolidate, analyze, and report financial results and forecasts.
• Evaluate financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain recurring management reporting packages and KPI dashboards for senior leadership.
• Support the preparation of Board of Directors and executive presentation materials.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and strategic projects to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business performance and support strategic initiatives.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to help drive operational and financial performance improvements.
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives across the business.
• Assist with daily cash reporting and liquidity analysis.
• Support weekly cash forecasting and working capital analysis.
• Partner with Treasury and Finance leadership to monitor cash flow trends and funding requirements.
