Learn more about CCC at www.cccis.com . The Role The CCC FP&A team is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our high impact organization. This role supports the Insurance revenue business and reports directly to the Director of FP&A. The Financial Analyst will partner closely with RevOps, Accounting, Product Management, and other business leaders to drive strong revenue visibility, disciplined forecasting, and data driven decision making.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Business (Finance, Accounting)
  • 2 + years of relevant FP&A experience
  • Understanding of accounting and financial theory
  • Experience with ad hoc analysis, journal entries, monthly, quarterly and annual close processes
  • General Microsoft Office skills, with strong Excel skills
  • Experience with financial modelling
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Workday , Adaptive and/or Hyperion experience highly desired
  • CPA or MBA a plus, but not
  • Experience working with full P&L a plus

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to validate trends and incorporate updated assumptions into the detailed monthly forecast.
  • Provide information and journal entries to support the monthly close cycle.
  • Perform variance analysis of monthly results versus prior year, budget, and forecast, including month-over-month trend analysis.
  • Develop efficient and effective operating reports focused on key business and performance drivers.
  • Analyze financial data, draw conclusions, and present recommendations to inform decisions and actions.
  • Build financial models and enhance existing models, incorporating new technology where applicable.
  • Prepare Board materials as needed, in collaboration with leadership.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives.
