About The Position

As a Financial Analyst on our Finance team, you will be a key member of the Bridge Logistics Properties Team, responsible for ensuring BLP deliverables (financial reporting, loan compliance, investor reporting) are timely, complete, and accurate. You will also assist in the preparation and review of internal and external deliverables to BLP senior management, lenders, key JV and SMA partners, as well as to investors in our flagship funds. Review loan documents for compliance items, typically documents required to be delivered by the borrower or guarantor to the lender, and monitor post-closing and ongoing loan requirements. Assist in the loan compliance process, working with the VP Financial Reporting and Regional Asset Managers to prepare monthly and quarterly financials and analysis for lenders. Develop and prepare various analytical reports to support deal pipeline reporting and ad hoc analyses related to business strategy. Serve as a liaison across company functions between the Property Accounting, Corporate Accounting, and FP&A team for the vertical. Create and maintain process documentation related to property-level and corporate payables, loan administration, and asset management to streamline processes. Develop and maintain reporting dashboards. Assist Fund Reporting team with quarterly and annual investor reporting for our flagship funds. Facilitate processing of BLP payables with Corporate Accounts Payable team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years post-undergraduate experience, preferably in a financially related role
  • 4-year bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate
  • Strong time management skills
  • Work independently and in a team in deadline driven environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with commercial real estate loan documents and borrower compliance a plus
  • Real estate experience a plus
  • Yardi and Yardi Construction Manager and Yardi Debt Manager module experience a plus

Responsibilities
