The Financial Analyst role is responsible for managing and executing the financial planning process at the location, supporting the Operations team and Regional Controller with reports and analysis. This role focuses on P&L, Working Capital, and Operating Cashflow. The analyst will coordinate daily/weekly reports, support financial results meetings, and act as an internal controls auditor to ensure policy and compliance. A key aspect of the role is ensuring the accuracy of operations metrics and their alignment with financial objectives, supporting the Plant Manager and staff team. The position also provides full support to accounting activities, regional FP&A, commercial finance, and governmental requirements. The role is responsible for the FP&A and Costs area, controlling daily/weekly/monthly reports with variance analysis, coordinating material standard cost calculations and variances, and controlling transportation costs. Additionally, the analyst will support revenue/demand analysis, capacity planning, daily production, and efficiency by program, as well as daily expense control by area. The role also includes organizational responsibilities related to safety, environmental health and safety (EHS) policies, quality standards (IATF16949/AS9100), and adherence to the Tenneco Code of Conduct.
