About The Position

Under the supervision of the Senior Director of Finance, the Financial Analyst is directly responsible for performing statistical, cost and financial analysis, preparing and providing monthly, periodic and/or ad-hoc reports and dashboards. This role also assists with financial planning and budgeting processes, analyzing financial statements and reports, developing financial models, preparing projections, and performing research and analysis as may be required by leadership. The Financial Analyst is an integral role as it provides meaningful analyzed data used for decision making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in financial analysis or accounting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
• Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and GAAP
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting software

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare revenue cycle experience preferred
• Epic experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform financial, cost, and statistical analysis
• Prepare monthly reports, projections, and dashboards
• Conduct variance analysis and financial modeling
• Support budgeting and financial planning processes
• Analyze financial data and performance metrics (KPIs)
• Ensure compliance with GAAP standards
• Assist with audits, reporting, and internal controls
