About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to gather, analyze, and interpret financial data to support business and investment decisions. This role is responsible for preparing financial forecasts, evaluating market and business trends, developing reports, and presenting insights to stakeholders. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and able to communicate complex financial information clearly.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial markets, and financial reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field required.
• 5–7 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related finance role.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree (MBA or related financial discipline) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to develop forecasts of business, industry, and economic conditions.
• Interpret financial and market data, including pricing, yields, investment performance, and risk trends.
• Prepare spreadsheets, financial models, charts, and graphs to support analyses and presentations.
• Develop and present written and verbal reports on economic trends, company performance, and industry outlooks.
• Monitor financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support strategic planning and investment decision-making through data-driven analysis.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and company accounting policies and procedures.
